Xtreme Elements is committed to providing a safe work place for all of its employees and those of its subcontractors and customers. No single facet of Xtreme Elements saftey operation is of greater importance.
Xtreme Elements has an extensive history of taking measures to educate its workforce, insuring all projects operate under the safest possible conditions. A robust in-house safety program, headed by a dedicated, full-time Company Safety Director, works “day-in and day-out” with all levels of Xtreme Elements personnel, clients and organizations to identify potential hazard(s) and rapidly mitigating their risk. All of Xtreme Elements Supervisors hold a recent OSHA 30-hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Card and current CPR, First Aid, AED Training Certification. Continuing Safety Training Education is held on an ongoing basis. All employees are required to participate in our Company Safety Program and help identify, report and mitigate hazards in the workplace without negative repercussion to them for doing so. A monthly safety award is handed out to employees who show outstanding safe work practices through out each month.
Xtreme Elements is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of the Construction Employers Association (CEA) and is an active participating member of their Construction Safety Council. The Construction Safety Council (CSC) promotes safety in the construction industry through educational activities and provides a forum for safety and health information and networking.
The results of these efforts provide a safe work environment for our employees, a company safety culture that is unparallel to others in our industry that strongly affects the overall success of Xtreme Elements. Our goal is to achieve accident-free work while providing the high level of quality that has been a trademark of Xtreme Elements since its founding.
